WHERE : We ship products directly from our Workshop in Noida (New Delhi) where they are manufactured.
HOW : We use registered courier companies to ship orders within India and to all other countries.
HOW MUCH : Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on a product’s weight and volume and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.
HOW LONG : International orders are usually delivered within 7 business days and domestic orders within 5 business days.

NOT HOME? : The courier company will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
PAYING THE MAN : Duties & Taxes are chargeable on international orders and are not included in the shipping and handling charges paid at checkout. These vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice by the shipping agent.

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 10 days of when you have received your order. Returned merchandise should be in our packaging and have all our tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply. It is advisable to send your parcel with proof of postage or Recorded Delivery, as we are not liable for parcels lost in the post on their way back to us. Once we receive and confirm your return, you will be credited within two weeks .
